Razer, one of the leaders in gaming peripherals, is rumored to be making a “Razer Phone”, and new leaks have indicated the power behind it could be top-notch.
The upcoming device is listed as having a 5.7-inch screen with a 2650 x 1440 resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 64 GB of internal storage — all pretty standard stuff for a smartphone, except for one standout. It’ll also come with 8GB of RAM.
Here are the specs from GFX Bench:
To prove that 8GB of RAM is high quality, the new Google Pixel 2 XL comes with 4GB and the Samsung Galaxy S8+ with 6GB. To put it bluntly, it’s no brush off in the Android Phone market.
Not only has it been leaked on this website, Razer and CEO Min-Liang Tan have been teasing fans on Twitter to hype it up.
Another tweet included showing fans of Razer giving a mock design of the future phone, with possible features that can be added.
In the end, it is almost impossible to confirm any of these specs, designs or teasers, so we can only hope for the best next month when it’s announced.
